| Ended the war with the Russians and the Germans. The Russians
lost a lot of land, including Poland, Lithuania, and Finland were ‘independent’
but under German control. It was the greatest success for the Germans in
World War One, and the Russians just had to cut their losses and back out
before more of their army died. The loss of Russia to the Allies encouraged
more US support, throwing them into the war. |
