| Like the other two, Voltaire and Monty, Rousseau wrote about philosophy. He came from a poor Protestant family, and was a warped child. Rousseau was a very strange person, paranoid and constantly claiming that he was misunderstood. He wrote several books, including Origin of Inequality Among Men, where he wrote that people’s ability to be kind and generous were a result of nature, not of religion.
