| The new concepts of trade and mercantilism appeared with
the new world economy. With the invention of superior ships, trade increased
between the Americas, Europe and Asia. These gave birth to the Europeans
founding East India companies in Asia to bring back to the homelands in
Europe. The rulers of the seas were by far the Dutch, whose country was
based on shipping. |
