Arch 201 Project 1
The first part of the semester was dedicated to analysis of existing sites and drawing and modelling their main elements in an abastract way. Some buildings included the Salk Institue by Louis Kahn, La Casa del Fascio in Italy, and the Middleton Inn in New England.
Arch 201 Project 2
The second part of the semester involved abstractly modelling the elements that make up the city of Milwaukee. The project began, and ultimately ended, with a group model of a section of the city encompasing about a square mile. The model was represented in 1:00 scale making for a very large structure.
