Crocodiles never outgrow the pool in which they live. That means if you put a baby croc in an aquarium, it would be little for the rest of its life.

If an average man had a metabolism comparable to that of a hummingbird, he would have to eat 285 pounds of hamburger every day to maintain his weight.

There are 8 major species of hummingbirds in North America, but only 1, the ruby-throated, lives in the Midwest and East.
